Tisdale in comfort zone

Exeter manager Paul Tisdale felt his team had run out comfortable victors over Rochdale, despite the slender 1-0 scoreline. Troy Archibald-Henville crossed for Jamie Cureton to head home the winner four minutes after the restart, but the Grecians chief felt the margin could have been more favourable. Tisdale said: "I'm very pleased. It was only 1-0, but I thought we deserved more. It was a fantastic team performance. "Managers always talk about the performance and they often say if they have drawn or lost a game that they are happy with the performance. We won today and I am still very happy with the performance. "At 1-0 you always have a chance of conceding a goal, but we played extremely well and never looked like conceding a goal. I think we had good control of the game against a side that has been in very good form and have done very well in the last month and taken some very good scalps along the way. "We were very wary of them, but I'm very pleased with my players. They were very focused and did all the right things. I'm pleased with a clean sheet."
