Nardiello eyeing start

Exeter striker Daniel Nardiello could come back into contention for the home game against Rochdale. Injury-prone Nardiello has missed the last two games with a hamstring problem as City have sought to give the forward the maximum amount of time to recover, but he could return to the bench against Dale. Fellow forward John O'Flynn has been sidelined for the past three matches with a leg injury and could also make his comeback. Exeter boss Paul Tisdale will be hoping either O'Flynn or Nardiello make it as Marcus Stewart was his only recognised forward on the substitutes' bench for Tuesday's 3-0 defeat to Bournemouth. The Grecians six-game unbeaten run came to an end with the loss to the Cherries but they are unbeaten so far in the league at St James Park so will be confident of bouncing back with a victory.M
