Jordan Moore-Taylor faces late test for Exeter

Jordan Moore-Taylor will have a late fitness test ahead of Exeter's home game against Oxford.

Defender Moore-Taylor missed last week's win at Hartlepool due to a calf strain but returned to full training this week and could feature.

Midfielder David Noble is hoping to return after missing the last three games with a hamstring problem and defender Craig Woodman could also be back in contention after a knock.

Ryan Harley (hip) and goalkeeper Christy Pym (broken finger) remain long-term absentees, while leading goalscorer Tom Nichols secured a permanent move to Peterborough on transfer deadline day.

Oxford boss Michael Appleton could make a number of changes to the side that lost the second leg of their Johnstone's Paint Trophy Southern Area final against Millwall on Tuesday.

Despite the 1-0 defeat, the U's booked a place at Wembley 2-1 on aggregate.

Winger Zeli Ismail could come into the starting line-up, while Chris Maguire looks to feature.

Jordan Bowery, who started in Saturday's 3-0 FA Cup defeat to Blackburn, may start after dropping to the bench on Tuesday.
