EVERTON v LIVERPOOL After 208 minutes of Merseyside suspense, teenage substitute Dan Gosling scores Everton's winner in the fourth-round replay - but half the country are staring in bewilderment at a series of adverts which appear without warning before the end of the game. ITV are forced to grovel. They apologise and blame a technical glitch but must explain themselves to the FA.[LNB] HISTON v LEEDSTwo X-rated moments for a Sunday lunchtime audience from a second-round clash barely visible beyond fog and mud. Leeds fans steal a pitchside microphone and chant: 'ITV is f****** s***' live on air until the sound is cut. Then the postmatch celebrations feature a naked Histon player.[LNB] THIRD ROUND HIGHLIGHTS It's a glorious day of third-round shocks but ITV give top billing on Saturday night to Derby's win at Forest Green. Southend's draw at Chelsea merits 41 seconds of action, League One Hartlepool's win against Stoke gets 58 seconds and Nottingham Forest's humbling of wealthy Manchester City just more than a minute. Non- League Torquay's victory over Championship Blackpool has to wait until after the adverts.[LNB] KETTERING V FULHAMKettering chairman Imraan Ladak brands ITV 'idiots' for missing this classic non-League v Premier League encounter at Rockingham Road. Fulham's blushes were spared by two goals in the final three minutes and they sneaked a fortunate 4-2 win. Instead, ITV showed Hartlepool 0 West Ham 2 and Manchester United 2 Tottenham 1, meaning Kettering had to make do with a delayed re-run of their match on Setanta on the Saturday night of the match.[LNB] SUNDAY DRAWGeneral discontent among supporters at the decision to move the drawto Sunday from traditional slot on Monday lunchtime. ITV insist more people can watch it but complaints come from teams who have yet to play and those who like the Monday draw tradition.[LNB]  TODAY'S POLL   Did you miss Everton's FA Cup winner because of ITV's impromptu ad break?[LNB]  Yes   No VOTE POLL RESULTS      Close[LNB] All polls[LNB]Click to view yesterday's poll results[LNB]  The great ITV own goal: Cup howler was 'inexcusable', says chairman Grade[LNB]FA demand explanation from ITV over broadcast blunder that saw millions miss Everton's dramatic winner against Liverpool[LNB]The armchair view: ITV's mistake is the on to beat them all[LNB]The broadcast view: A bad night for Liverpool ... an even worse one for ITV[LNB]VIDEO: FA demand explanation from ITV over broadcast blunder that saw millions miss Everton's dramatic winner against Liverpool[LNB]JOIN THE DEBATE - Are ITV unfit to broadcast the Cup?
