Everton's Nigerian defender Joseph Yobo is ready to end uncertainty about his future by signing a new five-year deal before next week's FA Cup final against Chelsea.[LNB]Blue heaven: Yobo is set to extend his Everton deal[LNB]There were claims that Yobo, a £3.5 million buy from Marseille six years ago following a spell on loan, was unsettled because he felt other players were being paid more than him and he had failed to regain his regular starting place following injury. [LNB]But with Phil Jagielka ruled out until next season he has again become a key figure.[LNB]His agent John Shittu said:'There is no question of wage parity as Yobo is already one of the club's best paid players. [LNB]'He was the first player to break Everton's wage structure when he signed the present renewal three years ago and I can tell you we have agreed a new five-year deal in principle which he's likely to sign before the FA Cup final.[LNB]'Everton were happy to give Yobo the new deal even at 28-years-old and he also loves to stay with the club. [LNB]'At any rate he does not want to leave the United Kingdom and would only consider a move if it is to any of Manchester United, Liverpool, Chelsea or Arsenal. [LNB]'It's a good deal and we are happy with it.'[LNB]  HATCHET MAN: Moyes - You need Yobo more than he needs Everton - so don't sell him out of spite Arsenal and City on alert as Yobo prepares to turn down Everton contract EVERTON FC
