EVERTON and The Echo turn back the clock all this week . . . and you can be part of a glittering gathering by entering our 1985 competition.[LNB]That was the year few Evertonians will ever forget; the Blues played some magnificent and exhilarating football to be victorious both domestically and in Europe, winning the League and the European Cup Winners' Cup.[LNB]And to celebrate the 25th anniversary Everton Football Club is holding an exclusive black-tie dinner on Monday, March 29.[LNB]The Echo was with the Blues every step of the way during their double winning campaign and we have teamed up again to give away five pairs of tickets to attend what will be a fabulous night.[LNB]The 1985 Anniversary Celebration Dinner will embrace all things 1985 and feature special entertainment, outstanding hospitality and the chance to relive the most successful season in the club's history.[LNB]This exclusive event, held at the BT Convention Centre in Liverpool, will be attended by every member of the 1984-85 squad and members of the present day team.[LNB]Of course the event would not be complete without the fans that supported the team the length and breadth of Europe - and Everton want fans to join them for this unique event.
