Victor Anichebe's late strike bagged all three points for Everton to kickstart 2012 with a bang in a 1-0 win over West Bromwich at the Hawthorns. [LNB]Three precious points were the order of the day with both sides floundering in mid-table, and it looked certain to be petering out into a goalless draw until substitute Anichebe popped up with the winner. [LNB]The winner came in the 87th minute after Tony Hibbert's cross caused mayhem in the Baggies' six-yard area and Anichebe latched onto the loose ball to lash home from a couple of yards out.
