Wayne Rooney: I still love Everton FC and have over-reacted in the past

WAYNE ROONEY insists he still 'loves' Everton and has saluted Goodison legend Colin Harvey for helping him realise his talent.[LNB]The Manchester United striker has endured the wrath of Blues supporters since he made the switch to Old Trafford back in 2004.[LNB]However, Rooney says the backlash hasn't affected his feelings for Everton and revealed he will always be grateful for the role Harvey, his youth team coach, played in his development.[LNB]'Colin was brilliant with me,' he said.[LNB]'I remember scoring three in one game and the next game I was sub. I thought 'what's happening?' But looking back that was his way of keeping my feet on the ground.[LNB]'Colin always gave me great advice and I never forget that.'
