Vaughan remaining upbeat

Everton striker James Vaughan is determined to come back from his latest injury setback stronger than ever.[LNB] Vaughan underwent knee surgery last December and is set to be sidelined for much of the remainder of the current campaign.[LNB]The 20-year-old has struggled with a number of long-term setbacks during his short career, but Vaughan is remaining focused on returning to first-team action as a better player.[LNB]"I'm used to it [being injured] now," he told the club's official website. "It's come as part and parcel of my career so far. It keeps happening but hopefully this is the last one now. [LNB]"I'm only 20 - although I feel a lot older - but hopefully I've still got a long time left in the game.[LNB]"The latest injury has been slow but things have been progressing quite we'll and hopefully I should be back in not too long. Hopefully I'll be a stronger person when I get back."[LNB]
