Toffees snare Robins starlet

Everton have agreed a deal to sign Swindon Town's teenage striker Lukas Jutkiewicz on a four-year contract in the summer.

The 17-year-old will move to Merseyside for an undisclosed fee at the end of the current campaign.

However, Robins boss Paul Sturrock is looking forward to having Jutkiewicz at his disposal for the rest of the League Two promotion run-in.

He told the Evening Advertiser: "He can't go anywhere yet, he is a Swindon Town player. The window is closed, so nobody can take Lukas until the end of the season.

"He will play with us for as many games as Swindon Town play to the end of the season."

Jutkiewicz has scored three times in 32 appearances for Town, with all three strikes coming in the space of four games in December.
