Toffees hopeful over Round

Everton are hopeful of appointing Steve Round as their new assistant manager despite a contract dispute with his current club Newcastle United.
Toffees boss David Moyes is keen to appoint the 37-year-old coach as his new number two when his current contract with the Magpies expires at the end of this week.
However, Newcastle claim they hold a further one-year option on the contract and are due compensation should he leave for Goodison Park.
Moyes has been on the lookout for a new assistant after former number two Alan Irvine left to take over at Championship side Preston North End in November.
Round was part of Steve McClaren's backroom staff at Middlesbrough and with England before joining the Magpies under former manager Sam Allardyce 12 months ago.
"There is an issue over an option on the contract and the clubs are in on-going discussions over a solution," said an Everton spokesman.
"We believe it is something that can be sorted out to allow the appointment to be made."
