Toffees face Howard wait

Everton goalkeeper Tim Howard is a major doubt for the clash with Manchester United this weekend after dislocating a finger while on international duty.
The 28-year-old suffered the problem during the USA's 4-2 friendly defeat by Brazil in Chicago and is waiting to be assessed following his return to England.
Howard told the club's official website: "It was pretty sore. I just tried to play through it and hoped that the adrenaline would get me through it.
"It's swollen like a balloon and I'm hoping that the flight doesn't take too much out of it. I'll see the doctors when I get back."
Meanwhile, striker James Vaughan has begun light training again, as he continues his recovery from a dislocated shoulder.
However, the teenager accepts that he is still unlikely to be back in action before November following his latest injury setback.
He told the Daily Echo: "I only started running this week, but at the moment I'm just trying to get the full range of movement back in my shoulder.
"Once that happens, it shouldn't take too long to get it back up to full strength.
"The coaching staff and medical team have set the target for me to return by November and that remains the plan."
