Toffees look strong for cup trip

Everton are set to take a strong squad to Brentford as they attempt to kickstart their season in the Carling Cup on Tuesday.[LNB] The Merseysiders, yet to win in the Premier League after five games, plan to travel to Griffin Park with the group of players beaten by Newcastle on Saturday. Midfield talisman Tim Cahill (knee) could be added if he passes a fitness test while captain Phil Neville (foot) may return after two games on the bench following a foot injury.[LNB]Changes to the starting XI are likely with the weekend trip to Fulham in mind and striker Ayegbeni Yakubu, whose match fitness is improving, could make his first start of the season.
