Toffees Keeping Tabs On Belgian

Everton are still tracking midfielder Vadis Odjidja Ofoe after failing in an attempt to sign the Belgian during the summer.

David Moyes is believed to have sent scouts to watch the 23-year old in action for Club Brugge this evening as he eyes a January swoop.

The Scot is hoping to add to his Belgian contingent with Marouane Fellaini and Kevin Mirallas currently shining at Goodison Park.

A loan move in the New Year is a possibility with a view to a permanent £5million move at the end of the season.

Manchester City captain, Vincent Kompany, excited Everton fans when the deal to bring Ofoe to Merseyside appeared imminent.

He tweeted: “Everton fans might not even know it but their club has done an incredible bit of business. Vadis Odjija is a top player, mark my words.”
