Everton have confirmed they have agreed new deals with Phil Jagielka and Joseph Yobo. The defensive pair have agreed new five-year contracts to keep them at Goodison Park until the summer of 2014. Jagielka, who is currently recovering from injury, admitted earlier this week he was in talks over a new deal and terms have been quickly agreed with the Players' Player and Supporters' Player of the Year. Yobo has also pledged his future to Everton despite speculation linking him with a possible move to Manchester City. The news is a massive boost for Everton ahead of next weekend's FA Cup final with Chelsea. A club statement said: "Everton is delighted contract negotiations with both Joseph Yobo and Phil Jagileka have now been successfully concluded and both players will sign new five-year deals with the club imminently."
