Simon Jones is Sportsmail's man on the inside of all the major transfer moves this summer. [LNB]His column, published every weekday, offers an insight into the deals which will be done and those that won't - and why. [LNB]A 5/5-rating means The Insider reckons it's a done deal; 0/5 means The Insider has his mortgage on it not happening.[LNB]Don't miss your daily Insider instalment here.[LNB] THIBAUT COURTOISRacing Genk to Chelsea THE INSIDER says: 4/5[LNB]MATT DERBYSHIREOlympiakos to LeicesterTHE INSIDER says: 1/5[LNB] [LNB]Sportsmail's John Edwards revealed Chelsea's interest in the young goalkeeper last year and it has gathered pace despite Tottenham, Atletico Madrid and Manchester City also expressing a desire to sign the teenager.[LNB]Courtois was given a public rebuke by his father last month after revealing that conversations had taken place with Chelsea and was told to show more respect for Genk, the club that had brought him up. [LNB]Talks with the Stamford Bridge club continued last week and further negotiations are expected tomorrow. [LNB]His father Thierry confirmed: 'He was in in Chelsea last week.' [LNB]Now the Belgians would like Courtois to be loaned back for a season to continue his development and that may appeal to Chelsea.[LNB] They want to groom the 6ft 6ins keeper as Petr Cech's replacement but know playing every week is of greater benefit particularly in a good side where his confidence should not be exposed. [LNB]Chelsea's interest in another Belgian Romelu Lukaku may be put on hold for a month though as they weigh up their striking options. [LNB]The 25-year-old striker is a free agent after his deal with money-conscious Olympiakos ran out. [LNB]The Greeks are understood to still owe Blackburn Rovers some of the fee they agreed to sign him for back in 2009. However, he is looking for a new club and has attracted interest from Leicester manager Sven Goran Eriksson. The only problem was he was already way down the line in negotiations with former Portsmouth striker David Nugent. [LNB]Nugent had been wondering about a switch to Ipswich and that had made Eriksson consider other options but once Nugent made up his mind that blocked a route for Derbyshire. [LNB]He played a few games under Alex McLeish at Birmingham last season but didn't have the run of games he felt he needed to get his sharpness back and struggled to fit in with the 4-5-1 formation. [LNB]He scored a few goals in Cup games but was used sparingly as Birmingham plummeted towards relegation. Derbyshire can offer variety in attack and is not afraid to step down to the Championship or move abroad once again. He could prove a decent option but not at Leicester.[LNB]  TOBIAS LEVELSBorussia Moenchengladbach to BoltonTHE INSIDER says: 2/5[LNB]TOM HEATONCardiff to West Bromwich  THE INSIDER says: 2/5[LNB] [LNB]The 24-year-old German can play centre back and right back and is an option for Bolton Wanderers manager Owen Coyle as he scours the market for players who can fit into his limited budget. [LNB]Levels can also play in midfield and was brought into the Moenchengladbach side by experienced coach Jupp Heynckes who is now at Bayern Munich. [LNB]Levels is rated at around ?1.2million and started 23 league games last term but has been told by coach Lucien Favre that he can look for a new club. [LNB]He has already rejected interest from Ukraine's Dnipro and Neuchatel Xamax of Switzerland but is very interested in coming to England. [LNB]Bolton have also shown interest in Middlesbrough duo Seb Hines and Rhys Williams while awaiting developments with centre half Gary Cahill. [LNB]Arsenal remain in the strongest position and the possibility of Henri Lansbury and Ignasi Miquel being included in the deal in some capacity appeals to all parties. [LNB]Miquel has been left off Arsenal's tour of Asia and is likely to move to gain experience. Arsenal are having second thoughts over Blackburn's Chris Samba though.[LNB]The 25-year-old goalkeeper is facing a crucial stage of his career. [LNB]He has one year left on his contract and has witnessed a lot of change at Cardiff this summer. [LNB]The former Manchester United player will be keen to see how things shape up under new manager Malky Mackay but will be open to offers should they come in as talks over a new contract are on hold. [LNB]West Bromwich, who want two keepers and are also interested in Stoke's Thomas Sorensen, will monitor his situation while Leeds United could also step into any bidding as they continue to negotiate over a loan deal for Fulham's David Stockdale and juggle possibilities with ex-Everton keeper Iain Turner and Preston's Andy Lonergan. [LNB]Cardiff still need a few signings of their own to challenge for promotion once again. [LNB]However, former striker Jay Bothroyd is hopeful of banking his move to the Premier League this week as talks continue over a deal with QPR. [LNB]Manager Neil Warnock wants to bring in six players and has had his problems getting players across the door over the past few weeks but he is hopeful things will start moving soon.[LNB]Don't miss your daily instalment of The Insider every weekday through the transfer window here at MailOnline.  CLICK HERE TO SIGN UP FOR OUR FREE FANTASY FOOTBALL GAMEClub-by-club guide to all the Barclays Premier League summer transfersPREMIER LEAGUE NEW KIT SPECIAL: Strips your team will wear in 2011-12[LNB] [LNB]
