Tottenham Hotspur have been linked with an ambitious bid for Everton midfielder Mikel Arteta.[LNB]Harry Redknapp wants to bring in three quality players this summer, partly funded by a culling of the first-team squad.[LNB]The manager reportedly sees Arteta as providing significant improvement to his midfield, with David Bentley set to leave White Hart Lane.
