Everton boss David Moyes was upset that his side were denied a penalty against Blackburn Rovers in the 1-1 draw at Ewood Park.
Andrew Johnson appeared to be barged over in the penalty area by Rovers stopper Andy Todd, before Tim Cahill earned the Toffees a point with a close-range finish.
However, Moyes was not too distraught, having seen his team awarded a dubious spot-kick at the weekend against Watford.
He said: "I stated on Saturday we did not deserve to get a penalty against Watford.
"I would expect people to say we did deserve to get a penalty this time.
"It was a definite penalty on Andy and I could see it from the touchline.
"I cannot believe it has not been given. You would have expected the linesman to see it at least."
"I was honest enough to say we didn't deserve the penalty we got against Watford on Saturday, but I have to be honest again and say that that was a penalty."
