Saha hopes his best is still to come

Everton striker Louis Saha insists he can give "a lot, lot more" to the Goodison Park cause. The France international, who joined from Manchester United last summer after suffering a string of serious injuries, is battling for a place in Everton's FA Cup final line-up. Saha, who has one year left on his Everton contract after this season, said: "I do think that I can give a lot, lot more. It has been a season with a bit of frustration, but I have managed to feature in most games so I am happy with it. But as a striker we want more goals and more assists, and that's what I am looking for." Saha has come on as substitute in Everton's last three matches, and can expect to be involved on Saturday when West Ham are at Goodison for the Toffees' final home game of the season. Saha has good memories of facing the Hammers, having struck two outstanding goals at Upton Park in November to help turn a 1-0 deficit into a 3-1 victory. He said: "It would be nice to do that again. We are confident at home, we have great fans and are really hard to beat. And we show great power and desire."
