John Ruddy admits he would be happy to return to Crewe Alexandra next season, if the club avoid relegation from League One.[LNB] The Everton goalkeeper has impressed during his time at the Alex since joining the League One strugglers on loan in January.[LNB]Crewe are currently inside the relegation zone due to their inferior goal difference and Ruddy is eager to help the club stay up.[LNB]And, having enjoyed the chance to play regular first-team football, the 22-year-old is open to a second stint at Gresty Road.[LNB]Grateful"I have played 19 competitive matches here on loan and I've really enjoyed it," Ruddy told the club's official website. "I am very grateful to Crewe for giving me that opportunity and hopefully it will end with the club still in League One. [LNB]"I feel better in myself and hopefully I can go back to Everton and show them that I have improved again.[LNB]"I will see how things go in pre-season and where I am. I signed a new contract in September, so I have two years to run after this year there - but I am not one to sit around and collect his wages. [LNB]"I am not content with that. I want to go out and play games and I would be prepared to go out on loan again if needs be. [LNB]"I don't want to sound overly egotistical or anything, but coming back to Crewe would depend on what league they are in. If we can remain in League One then I would have no hesitation in coming back here if they wanted me."[LNB]
