Ronald Koeman could improve Everton's chances of keeping in-demand Romelu Lukaku

Romelu Lukaku's agent has offered Everton hope they can hang on to the striker with the arrival of Ronald Koeman at Goodison Park.

The Belgium striker, currently at Euro 2016, has been making noises about leaving this summer with a host of clubs, including the likes of AC Milan and Paris St Germain, reportedly interested.

However, representative Mino Raiola told Belgian newspaper Sportwereld: "If he leaves, it's has to be a good deal for all parties involved.

"Everton don't need money anymore. Rom wants to play for a club that can win trophies. Something's changed at Everton - there's a new project.

"Romelu certainly has the qualities to play in Italy but as the Italian landscape currently looks, there is no team that can afford him. He is too expensive for Serie A.

"Only a global club can pay him. The top clubs in England, Barcelona, Real Madrid and Paris St Germain and, of course, Bayern Munich."

For the moment, however, Raiola insists Lukaku - like his other clients - is focused on the tournament in France.

"Their duty is to concentrate on it. Their future is tomorrow and as long as they are active at the European Championships, that is their future," he added.

"Romelu does not want any thoughts of a transfer to be used as an excuse (for poor Euro 2016 performances)."
