Rodwell out of European clash
Everton midfielder Jack Rodwell has been ruled out of Thursday night's Europa League match against BATE Borisov in Minsk.
The teenager is suffering from flu-like symptoms and joins Steven Pienaar (knee) on the sidelines.
Toffees manager David Moyes will also have to make do without Louis Saha, who is suspended following his red card in the 4-0 victory overe AEK Athens.
Defenders John Heitinga and Lucas Neill are ineligible for the Group I clash.
