Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini has been fined £20,000, suspended until the end of the 2011/12 season, after being found guilty of improper conduct, the Football Association have announced.[LNB]The Italian was charged following City's Premier League clash against Everton at Eastlands on March 24 when he clashed with Toffees counterpart David Moyes.[LNB]The pair had a touchline scuffle after Moyes caught the ball, an action Mancini considered time wasting.[LNB]The former Inter Milan boss accepted the charge and had a personal hearing resulting in the outcome today (Thursday).
