Rathbone makes Everton departure
Everton manager David Moyes has paid tribute to club physio Mick Rathbone after the Toffees announced his Goodison Park departure.[LNB] Rathbone has been with the Toffees for eight years, but no reason was given for his departure.[LNB]Moyes told the club's offocial website: "I would like to personally thank Mick for the contribution he has made to Everton since his arrival in 2002. [LNB]"He has played an important role behind the scenes for the past eight seasons since joining us from Preston, and I would like to take this opportunity to wish all the very best."
