Steven Pienaar believes he is a more complete player since he joined Everton from Borussia Dortmund in July 2007. The 27-year-old has been an influential figure ever since he arrived at Goodison Park as manager David Moyes aims to build a side capable of challenging the 'Big Four' for honours. The midfielder will be hoping he can play a pivotal role in helping overcome Manchester United in the FA Cup semi-final on Sunday to highlight how far the Toffees have progressed under the Scottish manager. The South African international, who despite learning his trade with Ajax as a youngster, reveals that his time on Merseyside has seen him develop most as a player. "I would definitely say I am a more complete player since coming here," he told the Sunday Times. Work hard"I have learnt to think about parts of my game much harder and it's made me a player. "I will track back more than I used to, follow defenders. We work hard for each other in this team." Pienaar also recognised that his manager had been a huge influence in helping him improve during his time at the club and the Johannesburg born ace has not got a bad word to say about the former Preston boss. "You want me to think of something that's not good about the manager?" he questioned. "No it would be very hard. We see every day how dedicated he is to his job, he's always at it 120 per cent. "He's made me change a lot for the better."
