Neville: We must be ruthless

Everton captain Phil Neville wants a change of approach from his side going into the home match against West Brom on Saturday. Neville believes they need to become more ruthless if they are to climb the table. He was disappointed at the manner of the draw against Sunderland and told evertontv: "We dominated 70% of the play and didn`t get the three points we deserved. "It has happened too many times for it to be just bad luck. The league table doesn't lie. We are where we are because we haven't turned draws into victories. "We have to be a little bit more ruthless in the final third, maybe shoot a bit more and hopefully we will be up there. "You can see with the way the league is shaping up that a run of victories will take you right up the table."
