Neville - Time to be men

Phil Neville has urged his Everton team-mates to 'step up and be men' by reaching the FA Cup final. Everton overcame Middlesbrough 2-1 in Sunday's quarter-final and will now face Quintuple-chasing Manchester United in the last four. Having also knocked out Liverpool and Aston Villa in the competition this season, Neville was anticipating another tough test in the semi-finals. The Everton captain believes David Moyes' side deserve to reach the final and hopes to end the club's 14-year wait for a piece of silverware. "We've had to do it the hard way, so it had to be United again in the semi-finals," said Neville. "But we are not satisfied with just the semis. We aim to win the trophy. That's been our aim all along. "From the moment we drew Liverpool and beat them the fans were saying it's going to be our year. "We have one step to go to the final. We want to bring silverware to this club because it has been too long. Now is the time to step up and be men. "The fans have been magnificent and will enjoy Wembley, but we want the trophy. "If any team deserves this it's us because of the teams we have played."
