Phil Neville admits lifting the FA Cup as Everton captain would be the greatest achievement of his career, but he hopes that is just the first of many trophies.[LNB] The midfielder won 10 major honours during his time with former club Manchester United, before leaving Old Trafford in 2005.[LNB]But as he prepares to face Chelsea in Saturday's FA Cup final, Neville is desperate to end Everton's 14-year trophy drought.[LNB]The 32-year-old admits the personal glory of winning the cup as skipper would be a highlight, however, he is also hoping it is a stepping stone towards further success. [LNB]"If I win a medal on Saturday it will be the best medal I have won," he said.[LNB]"In terms of individual success, for me to lift the FA Cup will be my greatest ever honour, particularly for this club.[LNB]"People talk about me being a good Everton captain but for me to be mentioned among the likes of Kevin Ratcliffe and Brian Labone is an honour.[LNB]Journey"They are players who have not just won the FA Cup, they have won league championships and European honours, so that is what I have got to do to be mentioned in the same breath.[LNB]"But it would be a great start to win the FA Cup and it is time this team had something to show for its efforts."[LNB]He added: "In those 14 years we have probably not lived up to the past and now, under David Moyes, I think this club is going in the right direction.[LNB]"We can restore Everton to where it belongs and that is at the top of English football.[LNB]"Regardless of the result on Saturday this has got to be the start of a sustained period of success. It has got to be.[LNB]"It is not going to be the end of the journey on Saturday win or lose. This is just the start."[LNB]
