Moyes' injury woes ease

Everton's injury problems finally appear to be over with Lars Jacobsen expected to be the only absentee for Wednesday's short trip to Bolton Wanderers.
Toffees boss David Moyes should have Tony Hibbert available for the game if the midfielder recovers from an ankle injury in time while Tim Cahill comes back to the reckoning after serving his three-match suspension.
Jacobsen is sidelined until at least December with a shoulder problem, but head physio Mick Rathbone told the club's official website: "Tony Hibbert had a fitness test on Saturday and he was okay really, and obviously knowing Tony, he was desperate to play.
"But we decided it was sore and we'd give it some more rest before the game on Wednesday. Hopefully he'll be ready for Wednesday.
"Other than that, there were no evident injuries from the Man Utd game. So hopefully, all being well, nobody will come in with any knocks."
