Moyes relishing Euro clash

David Moyes insists Everton are looking forward to their Europa League clash with BATE Borisov despite a host of injuries. Moyes will be without nine regular squad members when they travel to Belarus to take on BATE in their Group I encounter on Thursday. Promising midfielder Jack Rodwell is the latest player to miss out as he remains at home resting and recovering from flu symptoms. Rodwell joins Steven Pienaar on the sidelines after the South African picked up a knee injury in last Sunday's 1-0 win at Portsmouth. Phil Neville, Phil Jagielka, Mikel Arteta and Victor Anichebe are all long-term absentees. Despite having a limited squad at his disposal Moyes does not resent qualifying for the competition and insists he is going out to enjoy their trip to Belarus. "While it is disappointing we don't have the pick of all our players, that doesn't make our involvement any less enjoyable," explained Moyes. "It (Europe) is something that we as a club always wanted. Finishing fifth last season and qualifying was a great achievement for us, so I am really looking forward to this match."
