Moyes refuses to be drawn on Jo

David Moyes saluted Jo after he helped Everton to a 4-0 victory over Wigan - but refused to be drawn on the Brazilian's long-term future. The striker scored twice in Sunday's Premier League clash against Latics, with goals from Marouane Fellaini and Leon Osman putting the seal on a comfortable win that moved the Toffees to within a point of Aston Villa. The 22-year-old is on loan at Goodison from Manchester City, who bought him from CSKA Moscow for a fee reported to be around £18million in the summer. But despite his double against Wigan taking him to five in seven games since moving to Everton, Moyes will not reveal if he is planning a permanent move. He told the Daily Star: "Let's just say he is doing really well. "I've seen him improve in training and his match fitness has got better."
