Everton manager David Moyes has hailed Phil Neville for his winning mentality ahead of the FA Cup final on Saturday.[LNB] After a glittering time at Manchester United, which included three FA Cup winners' medals, the versatile midfielder joined Everton in 2005 and has gone on to become club captain as they prepare for their first final since 1995.[LNB]The Toffees boss sees the midfielder as his key man if they are to overcome opponents Chelsea and believes he has brought the winning approach he developed at his former club.[LNB]"I must pay credit to my captain. He is a terrific leader and always has been having come from a great club with wonderful traditions of winning," Moyes said.[LNB]"He understands what you have to do, and maybe it has taken time for people to realise what he is all about.[LNB]"But I could see the work he was doing on and off the pitch, his preparations for games. Every time he prepares as if it was a cup final and that says a lot about the man.[LNB]"But as well as that he wasn't prepared to let any players slack, he would let them know about it. And you can see that from the club he comes from, that is the way they do it and he is very good at it.[LNB]Team SelectionThe five-time FA Cup winners travel to London on Thursday and Moyes has a selection headache ahead of the final. [LNB]Endless injuries up front this season has prompted the Scot to employ midfielders Tim Cahill and Marouane Fellaini as strikers to great effect, but the return to form of recognised striker Louis Saha has given Moyes a further option.[LNB]"There are several permutations for the team, I will consider them and keep them to ourselves until the day of the game," he said.[LNB]"We won't do anything different to a normal game. I will talk to them, but my job is to keep them relaxed and give them the platform to do as well as they have done in recent weeks."[LNB]He added: "We respect Chelsea, and they will be the favourites. But we have drawn with them twice this season and done pretty well against them and we feel we can do that again.[LNB]TargetsMeanwhile, Moyes is reportedly targeting CFR Cluj striker Yssouf Kone to bolster his attacking options next season.[LNB]The £3million-rated striker is prepared to leave the Romanian league for a big club and is also attracting interest from Scottish giants Celtic.[LNB]The Ivorian-born Burkina Fasso forward has impressed for his club this season, with eight goals in 15 league games, and has welcomed the reported interest from Everton.[LNB]"I would love to go and play in a bigger league," he told Skysports.com. "It is an ambition for any player, I believe in myself. I played in the Champions League for Rosenborg and Cluj and scored some goals.[LNB]"I want to be able to play in one of the biggest leagues. Everton? They are a great team and when they come for you, you have to listen. For me, if they really want me, I will ask my club to listen.[LNB]"I also like it here, but to play in the Premier League is appealing to any decent player."[LNB]
