Moyes: I refuse to use injuries as an excuse for Everton's rotten run

Shouting fit: Everton boss David Moyes[LNB]Everton boss David Moyes is refusing to blame injuries for his side's poor runof results.[LNB]The Toffees were missing a whole host of players as they were beaten 3-2 at Hull in the Barclays Premier League on Wednesday night.[LNB]Everton have now won just one of their last seven league games and lie four points above the bottom three but Moyes is not making excuses.[LNB]The Scot said: 'Obviously they have been a factor but it wasn't the reason we lost threegoals in the first half.[LNB]'It was nothing to do with the boys who weren't playing, it was to do with the boys who were playing.'[LNB]Everton's morale is almost as low as that of rivals Liverpool ahead of this Sunday's Merseyside derby at Goodison Park.[LNB]The Reds have won just two of their last 11 games, seen their title hopes all but ended and this week gone out of the Champions League.[LNB]Sunday could be the perfect fixture for either side to pick themselves up but Moyes played down the significance of the occasion.[LNB]He said: "I only look at Everton's form. I'm not really concentrating on how other teams do.
