Everton manager David Moyes hopes a fully-fit Victor Anichebe can provide his side with a new dimension up front.[LNB] The Nigeria international has struggled with injuries ever since he required surgery on a knee problem after a tackle by Kevin Nolan in a match against Newcastle in February 2009.[LNB]That operation kept Anichebe out for almost a year and in the last two seasons he has made just 30 appearances, all of which have come from late November onwards.[LNB]However, the 23-year-old has been fully involved in Everton's tour of the United States and scored in the 3-1 win over DC United.[LNB]"Victor has got great potential," Moyes told the Liverpool Echo.[LNB]"A lot of people in the USA seeing him for the first time will have said 'Wow, what a player'. We know all about him. He is a very good player.[LNB]"He has had a few injuries but if he can get rid of those injuries then he has attributes which you cannot buy.[LNB]"He has great strength, great pace, power, athleticism and he took his goal really well."
