Everton boss David Moyes praised Tim Howard after he set a new club record for clean sheets in the goalless draw with Spurs. Howard beat Neville Southall's record of 15 shut-outs with another clean sheet in a disappointing encounter at Goodison Park. Moyes was delighted for Howard and the Everton defence for setting the milestone. "A 16th clean sheet, that is a club record and that is fantastic," Moyes told Sky Sports. "Tottenham is a difficult game and if anyone thought any different they were wrong. "We are enjoying our football at the moment and the boys are doing a great job at the moment." Moyes admitted Tottenham's new 3-5-2 formation unsettled them early on as Spurs called the tune in the first half, but he was happy at how they responded. "For the first 30 minutes Spurs were the bettter side and we rode our luck a little bit," added Moyes. "They changed their systemt to 3-5-2 and that upset our balance and they are a good football team, but once we got to grips with it just before half-time and in the second half we were much better."
