Liverpool boss Kenny Dalglish blasts referee Phil Dowd after Mersey derby draw

Kenny Dalglish pointed thefinger at referee Phil Dowdafter his Anfieldhomecoming ended indisappointment yesterday. Dalglish's first home game ofhis return as Liverpoolmanager brought a drawwith Everton to leave himstill looking for his first winafter three games back incharge.
