Everton manager David Moyes felt aggrieved with the penalty which earned Aston Villa a point in a 3-3 draw at Villa Park.Gareth Barry hammered home from the spot after Joleon Lescott caught Stiliyan Petrov in the face with his boot when attempting to clear. Barry's strike brought Villa level after they had trailed 2-0 and 3-1. "I thought there were quite a few decisions which might have gone either way," Moyes told Setanta Sports. "I don't want to criticise the referee (Howard Webb) as the FA have got enough of my money. "The foot was high, but did he make contact with his head? I don't think so. I think I was a harsh decision." Everton went two goals ahead through Marouane Fellaini and Tim Cahill. John Carew halved the deficit, but Steven Pienaar restored the visitors' cushion only for James Milner to score a free-kick almost immediately. Moyes admitted he was disappointed his side could not hold on."We are (disappointed)", he added. "You can't take anything away from the way our boys played. I thought we were terrific today, I thought we played well, passed it well. "There is a hint of disappointment we have not held on and taken three points."
