Everton have added a trip to Carrow Road to their pre-season plans. The Blues have already pencilled in a pre-season tour to Australia during which they will face three A-League sides. They will first play A-League Champions FC Sydney on July 10, travel to Melbourne to face Heart on July 14 and finish up with a game against Brisbane Roar on July 17. Everton will then wing their way down to Carrow Road for a game against Norwich on July 31. The last time the Blues played there was during the 2004/05 season when first half goals from Kevin Kilbane and Marcus Bent had Everton cruising at half time. But early second half goals from Leon McKenzie and Damien Francis had Evertonians sweating on the result until a 73rd minute goal from Duncan Ferguson settled the game. But the most memorable game Everton have played at Carrow Road came on Monday May 4 1987 when a goal from Pat van den Hauwe was enough to seal Everton's ninth league title.
