Everton striker James Vaughan has signed for Crystal Palace on loan with view to a permanent £750,000 move.
The 22-year-old held talks with the Championship club on Wednesday before finalising details.
He was set to join Celtic but his 16 minute appearance for Everton in the Merseyside derby meant he could not join them on the three club rule - having already played for Palace on loan this season.
Everton manager David Moyes is seeking to bring in a striker on loan.
