Jack Rodwell admits he was proud to make his 100th appearance for Everton last weekend but has already set his sights on the next 100.[LNB] The Southport-born midfielder, who joined Everton aged seven, reached the milestone in the club's 3-1 defeat to Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on Saturday.[LNB]Rodwell made his debut for the Toffees as a substitute in a Uefa Cup tie away at AZ Alkmaar in December 2007 and made his first start eight months later against Blackburn Rovers. [LNB]Still aged just 20, the England Under 21 international is delighted to have reached such a personal landmark but insists he is already looking forward to making many more appearances in a royal blue shirt.[LNB]"It was a proud moment for me as I had always dreamt of just playing one game for Everton - let alone 100. Now I just want to carry on and play another 100 and then 100 more," he told the club's official website.[LNB]"When you say the number it does seem to have happened very quickly but if you look at it I could have played even more by now.[LNB]"Still, it is a great landmark to reach and I just want to keep on playing and make as many appearances for Everton as possible."[LNB]Rodwell also expressed his relief at the FA's decision to rescind the red card he received in the Merseyside derby earlier this month.[LNB]The youngster was dismissed by referee Martin Atkinson for a tackle on Luis Suarez that replays suggested to be legal.[LNB]The FA reviewed the incident and chose to rescind the red card, meaning Rodwell avoided a three-match ban that would have disrupted the progress he has made this season.[LNB]"I was thinking 'I have been in the team and have started the season fairly well' so a three-game ban would have been really bad timing," added Rodwell.[LNB]"It was still very disappointing for me. At the time I couldn't believe the red card came out. I thought I had let my team-mates down and cost us the game but when you look at it again you can see it is not my fault. The lads helped me and gave me plenty of support and that made a big difference.[LNB]"Thankfully the red card was rescinded - everyone makes mistakes - and I can now concentrate on staying in the team."
