Heitinga's £6m Everton deal resurrected as Atletico man arrives for medical
Atletico Madrid defender John Heitinga has arrived at Everton's Finch Farm training ground for a medical before a £6m move is finalised.
The move looked to be off after the transfer hit a snag at the weekend and with today's transfer deadline looming.
But David Moyes now looks set to add Dutch centre-half Heitinga to last week's signing of Sylvain Distin as he seeks to turn round his side's fortunes after a poor start to the Premier League season.
