The agent of the Everton player Fabio Parisi said he cannot rule out a January move to the Giallorossi for his client.
The move comes about after Nicolas Burdisso was ruled out for the season with a knee injury.
Fabio Parisi told Calciomercato.it: "It's an option, which was released only in the last few hours, we've had no contact with Roma, not even informal.
"If there is an interest I will speak with (Roma sports director) Walter (Sabatini)."
