Hammers warned off AJ

Everton have issued a hands-off warning over Andrew Johnson amid rumours of a major bid for the England striker from West Ham United.
The 26-year-old former Crystal Palace and Birmingham City frontman is reported to be on the wanted list of the Hammers, but the Toffees have dismissed any notion that they would allow Johnson to move on.
Toffees chief executive Keith Wyness told the club's official website: "We have had no contact from any club with regard to Andrew Johnson - nor would we welcome any.
"While I feel certain there will be many Premier League clubs who will covet a player of Andrew's skills and abilities, he is an Everton player.
"And, as he made perfectly clear on several occasions last season, he is very happy to be an Everton player."
Johnson moved to Goodison Park a year ago for £8.6million and scored 12 goals in 35 appearances for David Moyes' side as they clinched a UEFA Cup spot for next season.
