Fulham v Everton preview

Team news for Saturday's Premier League clash between Fulham and Everton at Craven Cottage.[LNB] Fulham striker Moussa Dembele will miss the clash because of an ankle injury.[LNB]Dembele is out for two to three weeks and joins fellow striker Bobby Zamora (broken leg) in the treatment room.[LNB]With Andrew Johnson (knee) and Diomansy Kamara (foot) back in training but unavailable for selection, Eddie Johnson, Clint Dempsey or Zoltan Gera will start up front.
