Foxes beat Rams to Vaughan swoop

Leicester City have beaten Championship and East Midlands rivals Derby County to the one-month loan signing of Everton striker James Vaughan.The 21-year-old had a loan spell at Pride Park in September, playing twice, and Rams boss Nigel Clough had hoped to re-sign him on loan. The England Under-21 international has made 57 appearances for the Toffees, scoring nine goals. City have the option to extend the loan deal until the end of the season.
