Forest turn to Turner

Nottingham Forest have signed Everton goalkeeper Iain Turner on loan until the end of the season.[LNB] City Ground boss Billy Davies has been keen to add strength in depth to his shot-stopping resources as Forest battle against Championship relegation.[LNB]And former Scotland Under 21 international Turner is now expected to make his debut against table-topping Wolves on Saturday.[LNB]Davies told Forest's official website: "It is no secret that we have been looking to bring a new goalkeeper in to provide competition.[LNB]"Iain Turner fits the bill perfectly. He is a goalkeeper with a good pedigree and great potential and it is a situation that helps both ourselves and Everton."[LNB]And Turner is ready for the challenge of helping Forest climb away from relegation trouble.[LNB]He said: "I'm looking forward to it immensely - it's a great opportunity for me and I intend to grasp it with both hands.[LNB]"Forest's league position doesn't concern me. I've played in the Championship before. I know how tight a league it is and how quickly things can turn around."[LNB]
