It was a really nasty injury that he got but he is doing exceptionally well.[LNB]'One thing with Felli is he's got great motivation. I am sure it won't be too long before he is bouncing back.'[LNB]However, head of sports medicine Mick Rathbone will not be overseeing the midfielder's rehabilitation following his departure after eight years' service at the club.[LNB]'I would like to personally thank Mick for the contribution he has made to Everton since his arrival in 2002,' said manager David Moyes.[LNB]'He has played an important role behind the scenes for the past eight seasons since joining us from Preston, and I would like to take this opportunity to wish him all the very best.'[LNB] PREMIER LEAGUE PRE-SEASON: Every club's summer fixture plansPremier League transfers: Club-by-club guide to every Premier League review of the season: Club by-club guide to your campaignTHE LIST: Top 50 managerial quotes of all time Nos 40-31West Ham may turn to Yakubu if Cole signs off from Upton ParkEVERTON FC
