Everton's David Moyes unclear on assistant referee plans

"The clubs involved should have had it set up in a practice match or at least had someone come to explain it to the players, but we think they're not entirely sure how it's going to work.[LNB]"I think you'll find more penalties and infringements for things like jersey-pulling and blocking, but I could name 20 things I'm not sure about."
