Same old story: Louis Saha is out of action again after a brief return against Newcastle last week.[LNB] Everton's[LNB]injury problems show no signs of abating with Louis Saha unlikely to feature at home to West Brom[LNB]in the Barclays Premier League tomorrow.[LNB]The striker made a substitute appearance - his first for three months after hamstring trouble - at Newcastle last weekend but is now struggling with a thigh problem.[LNB]His fellow forward Victor Anichebe (knee) will be out for at least three weeks, while Mikel Arteta has been ruled out for the rest of the season with a ruptured cruciate.[LNB]Jack Rodwell has not trained all week after also sustaining an injury at St James' Park.
