Everton skipper Phil Neville orders stuttering colleagues to stand up and be counted

Phil Neville has called on his Everton team-mates to take a reality check asthe Toffees' poor start to the season hit a new low with last night's CarlingCup defeat at the hands of Brentford. [LNB]The npower League One side made the Merseysiders pay for a host of missedchances by taking the tie 4-3 on penalties after the scores were level at 1-1after extra time.
